Laminaria cut is also called "shredded laminaria". Laminaria is a genus of 31 species of brown algae(Phaeophyceae), all sharing the common name "kelp". This economically important genus is characterized by long, leathery laminae and relatively large size.
This kind of laminaria cut, is dried by sun, moisture and sand are somewhat high, but at lower price.
Every year, from May to December, we export in large quantity to Russia,Ukraine, Latvia and Lithuania etc.
